HAH – A Decade of Impressive Achievements
Founded in 2009, after 16 years of operation and growth, Hai An Transport and Stevedoring Joint Stock Company (Hai An) has established a solid reputation and brand position in Vietnam’s container shipping and logistics industry.
On March 11, 2015, Hai An officially listed on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) under the ticker symbol HAH, debuting with over 23 million shares at a par value of VND 10,000, equivalent to a charter capital of VND 232 billion.

According to Mr. Vu Thanh Hai, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hai An Transport and Stevedoring JSC:
“Over the past 10 years, despite the market’s volatility, HAH has maintained steady growth thanks to sound strategies and the relentless dedication of its employees - a testament to the Company’s strong adaptability and internal strength.”
After a decade, the Company’s charter capital has increased more than sevenfold, reaching VND 1,688.6 billion, while market capitalization surged over tenfold from VND 1,080 billion to VND 10,874 billion. Total assets, equity, and revenue have all risen more than seven times, ensuring shareholder interests and offering ESOP shares to recognize employees’ long-term contributions.
In the past decade, Hai An has built a fleet of 17 container vessels with capacities ranging from 800 to 3,500 TEU, totaling 28,200 TEU. Among them are four newly built 1,800 TEU eco friendly vessels, operating on domestic and intra-Asia routes.
In May 2025, Hai An signed contracts to construct four new 3,000 TEU container vessels to enhance its transport capacity and expand cooperation with major global shipping lines. The first two vessels are expected to be delivered in late 2027 and early 2028.

Hai An’s total fleet capacity reaches 28,200 TEU.
On October 17, Hai An will receive delivery of its 18th vessel, the 1,100 TEU Haian Iris, bringing the total fleet capacity to 29,300 TEU.
Alongside fleet investment, Hai An has expanded both domestic and international partnerships: establishing Pan Hai An Logistics Center in joint venture with Korea, acting as General Agent for SML Line (Korea), cooperating with several Top 10 global shipping lines, launching services to major ports in Vietnam and the region, and jointly founding Green Shipping Co., Ltd. with Viconship to build large, eco-friendly vessels for long-haul international routes.
Thanks to its outstanding performance, transparent financial management, and strong corporate governance, Hai An has been recognized by Forbes Vietnam, Forbes Asia, Vietnam Report, and Vietstock for multiple consecutive years. These honors not only acknowledge the tireless efforts of Hai An’s workforce but also inspire the Company to continue innovating, enhancing service quality, and reaffirming its leadership position in Vietnam’s maritime transport and logistics industry.

Despite global and domestic economic challenges, Hai An has maintained impressive growth momentum. As of August 2025, total revenue reached VND 3,729 billion, and post-tax profit exceeded VND 814 billion, fulfilling 81.84% and 94.04% of the annual targets, respectively. In the first half of 2025 alone, Hai An contributed over VND 130 billion to the state budget.
For 2025, Hai An targets consolidated revenue of VND 4,556 billion and post-tax profit of VND 865 billion, which, if achieved, will mark the highest revenue in the Company’s history.
