HATS is operating a container yard with total area of 150,000 sqm arranged perpendicular to the berth for loading and discharging containers. A CFS bonded warehouse: 4,000 sqm and stuffing – unstuffing cargo area: 25,000 sqm. A depot 55,000 m2, 7 reach stackers and 2 forklifts. Most of the lifting equipments is newly invested, imported from Germany, Sweden and Japan.

In particular, the Company entered into a joint venture with Pantos Holdings Incorporation Company of Korea to establish Pan Hai An Co., Ltd. to build and exploit the Depot project into a goods distribution center in Hai Phong.

Pan Hai An was built in Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park - Hai An - Hai Phong with a total area of 154,000 sqm, Depot & Off dock CY: 80,000 sqm with designed capacity 9,000 Teus, the repairing container area 10,000 sqm and 02 CFS & bonded warehouse 20,000 sqm. Now, this is a large distribution center of goods in Hai Phong.
