Hai An Transport and Stevedoring JSC purchased two new containerships named HAIAN EAST and HAIAN WEST

In order to improve the fleet capacity and expand the international and intra-Asia routes, Hai An Transport and Stevedoring JSC (HATS) has just purchased two new containerships named HAIAN EAST and HAIAN WEST, raise the Company’s container fleet to 9 vessels.
The Compay’s Representative took delivery the vessel in Singapore on April 09th 2021. Immediately, MV HAIAN EAST has pushed into Singapore – Banglades service in Time Charter Party.
MV HAIAN EAST was built in 2008 in Germany, IMO No. 9363144, LOA: 182.52m, Breadth: 25.2m, Draft: 10m, Capacity: 1,702 TEUs, DWT: 23,840 MT, Max. speed: 19 knots/hours.
The Company expected to take delivery the 9th containership named HAIAN WEST in Singapore on April 19th 2021. This vessel will be pushed into the domestic service.
MV HAIAN WEST has IMO NO 9357860, LOA: 175,47m, Draft: 9,5m, Capacity: 1.740 TEUs, Max. speed: 20 knots/hours.
With the investment in two new containership, the Company's fleet capacity will be significantly improved competitiveness in the domestic fleets as well as keeping in the top 100 world’s largest fleet.
