On the special occasion of the 15th anniversary of the company’s establishment, Hai An Transport and Stevedoring Joint Stock Company (HATS) held a solemn ceremony of 15th Anniversary and Partner Appreciation in Ho Chi Minh City on the afternoon of October 25, 2024. This event was an opportunity to look back on a journey filled with challenges and also great pride. It particularly emphasized the deep appreciation for the Partners, domestic and foreign Customers, regulatory agencies as well as financial organizations that have always accompanied, supported, assisted, and given precious trust to Hai An throughout the years.

At 15:08, 23 July, 2023, at Huang Hai Shipyard (China), the 1,800 TEU container ship (HCY - 265), the first of the 3 Bangkok Mk IV ships that HAI AN TRANSPORT AND STEVEDORING JOINT STOCK COMPANY ordered to be built anew, was launched. The launching was safely completed at 16:08. Present at the launching ceremony were the Shipyard's Board of Directors, Leader and team members of the shipbuilding supervising team of the Company and the representative of ABS leaders.

On December 25th 2022, at Thua Thien Hue province, HATS with Chan May port celebrated the new service HPH-Chan May- HCM. Hai An becomes the first domestic shipping line to operate container cargo at Chan May port, with the 1st laden voyage of M/V Haian View ( designed capacity 1.577 teu). There were 66 laden containers (108 TEU) equivalent to 1.961 tons at Chan May port that were loaded onto ships for transport to HCM.

The previous name of the said vessle is A Kibo, IMO 9444962, built since 2008 at Imabari, Japan. DWT 21.916 tons, Max capacity 1.708 Teu, LOA 171.99m, Beam 27.60m, Draught 9.517m, max speed 19 knots.
