HAIFA, Israel, and Haiphong, Vietnam, Feb. 23, 2023 -- ZIM Integrated Shipping Services Ltd. and Hai An Transport and Stevedoring Joint-stock Company (‘HATS’), announced today the launch of Lotus Link, a joint venture to operate domestic shipping services in Vietnam.

On December 25th 2022, at Thua Thien Hue province, HATS with Chan May port celebrated the new service HPH-Chan May- HCM. Hai An becomes the first domestic shipping line to operate container cargo at Chan May port, with the 1st laden voyage of M/V Haian View ( designed capacity 1.577 teu). There were 66 laden containers (108 TEU) equivalent to 1.961 tons at Chan May port that were loaded onto ships for transport to HCM.
